Community Yoga

What: Communtiy Yoga Class (Free)
Where: Silverado Ranch Park (Silverado & Gilespie)
Time: 10:00 a.m. (class will be about one hour)
Date: Sunday, April 27
Details: Refrain from eating anything heavy at least one hour prior to class, a small amount of fruit is okay. Wear loose, comfortable clothing - sweatpants, leggings, shorts, t-shirts, etc. Bring lots of water to drink and if you don't have a mat, you can bring a towel or blanket to practice on. I will bring a few extras too.
This class is suitable for all ages and abilities. Do what you can and rest when you need to. If you are bringing small, mobile children please ensure that they are kept safe and out of harms way. My husband will probably be playing with the twins at the playground.
This will be the first of hopefully many, lets just bring a great attitude and some friends and family and have a wonderful time. Namaste' -Evette

The Shuk's had a very nice Easter. We spent the day with Johnny, Keela and Ksanya. After a hard days worth of hiding and hunting we enjoyed a superb dinner with the Ayer's, Bromberg's, Grandma Hope, Grandma Betty, Harry and Colleen.
